Watch the streets of Rochester come to life with ghosts, ghouls, superheros and more as children trick-or treat with the Downtown merchants! Children can then meet at the corner of East Street and E. University for a costume parade at 5:15 pm. Followed by a Halloween Fest in the Farmers’ Market Lot!

Little ghouls and goblins (along with their parents, of course) are invited to trick-or-treat at downtown's most spooktacular merchants!
COSTUME PARADE 5:15 PM
Everyone loves a parade! Join us at the corner of Water & University as families will march down Water Street to the sounds of Halloween favorites and show off their costumes on the way to the Fire Department
HALLOWEEN FEST 5:00 - 6:30 PM
Halloween Fest begins at 5:00 pm in the Farmers Market lot, corner of E. Third and Water. Activities include: Halloween themed photo opportunities and prizes, The Little Donut Factory will be selling hot fresh donuts, a photo opportunity with Ecto 1 and The Metro Detroit Ghostbusters, and The Linda Rea Team will be donating pumpkins to the first 100 trick-or-treaters who stop by their pumpkin patch!
