Exceptional Experience!

I just sold my home with Paula and closed last week. In short, my experience was exceptional. 

My first meeting with Paula instantly put me at ease that she was experienced, well-versed in this area (and many others in Oakland county), knowledgeable about the market and very pragmatic when it comes to the negotiation process. She met her timeline commitments out of the gate — quickly engaging her photographer whose work was flawless, and working tirelessly to list our house on a Friday night, which paid off. The buyers were the 2nd family to view the home on the following day and I am confident the reason they were “sold” was because of Paula; she stepped in to show the house because this couple’s realtor (whom Paula did not know) was unavailable. Paula offered to show them the house and set the table with honest and realistic expectations. We were thrilled to receive a full price offer with no concessions that same day. 

The process was smooth and Paula was an absolute professional—I can confidently say that both parties were truly grateful and happy with the outcome. With a busy work schedule and managing kids’ schedules, I was able to be hands-off, trusted Paula implicitly and felt that I was fully represented.
